The Freo Z10 Ultra is equipped with Tangle-Free system, which is designed at a special angle to prevent long hair and pet hair from tangling and maintain cleaning efficiency. Intelligent side brush dynamically adjusts its sweeping power and angle, and the Floating Zero-Tangling main brush automatically adjusts its height with the rise and fall of the floor, ensuring that hair and debris are thoroughly removed without tangling the brush head. Its 18,000Pa dynamic turbo suction power reaches deep into floor crevices to easily remove dust, pet hair and food crumbs, keeping floors looking like new. The Intelligent Particle Detection System senses the amount of dust and adjusts the suction power in real time to optimise cleaning results while reducing noise and energy consumption. When encountering the carpet, the mop lifts 12mm, suction automatically enhanced, and intelligent recognition of the type of carpet, active switching cleaning mode, deep cleaning of hidden dirt, leaving the carpet looking brand new.

VisionAI™ Pro Autonomous System

Freo Z10 Ultra is equipped with VisionAI™ Pro, an autonomous system that combines dual-camera recognition with advanced AI vision algorithms to realise 3D spatial awareness, making the cleaning robot truly “see and understand”. The dual AI chips can calculate 4 trillion times per second, with XBOX-class computing power, accurately identifying and avoiding 200+ household items. The 360° omnidirectional LDS laser navigation, combined with lateral 3D structured light, enables 3D object recognition with 5mm precision for obstacle avoidance, easily bypassing obstacles like wires, socks, toys, and dark-coloured carpets that traditional vacuum cleaners struggle to detect. The VisionAI™ Pro not only identifies obstacles, but also proactively analyses, predicts, and perfectly bypasses obstacles to achieve zero-collision obstacle avoidance, even in complex environments. The data is stored locally and calculated completely offline, avoiding the risk of privacy in the cloud. Freo Z10 Ultra is certified by TÜV Rheinland and has an automatic permission check before taking pictures for smarter cleaning and peace of mind.

Multifunctional Autonomous Base Station

The base station of the Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra features multiple functions, including dust collection, hot water mop washing, electrolysed water sterilisation, dirt detection with automatic rewash, automatic detergent dispensing, hot air drying, UV sterilisation, and automatic water intake and drainage, enabling fully managed cleaning. The 2.5L large-capacity dust bag reduces the frequency of emptying, automatically pre-dries the waste to prevent wet waste from clogging or emitting odours, and offers up to 120 days of maintenance-free operation. The comprehensive antibacterial system, combined with automatic detergent dispensing and electrolysed water disinfection, ensures simultaneous disinfection of the mop and dust station, reducing bacterial growth. 

Adaptive DeepClean™ System

The Freo Z10 Ultra features the new Adaptive DeepClean™ system, which combines AI vision algorithms and sensor data analysis to automatically adjust cleaning modes to ensure optimal cleaning results on different floors. Intelligently recognises floor type (wood, tile, carpet) and automatically adjusts suction and mopping power. Intelligently detects stain levels and identifies wet and dry dirt types, automatically switching between 5 cleaning modes to ensure each type of dirt is appropriately cleaned, with repeated cleaning of key areas to ensure deep stain removal. It can also automatically identify the type of room, kitchen, living room, bedroom different areas with different cleaning strategies, truly personalised cleaning.

EdgeReach™ Triangular Mop Extension and 8N Mop Pressure

The Freo Z10 Ultra features the EdgeReach™ Triangular mop extension design, which allows the mop to fit more closely into corners, and automatically extends along obstacles, corners, and furniture edges as it passes over them, expanding the cleaning area and leaving no dead corners. 8N Pressurised mopping mimics manual scrubbing by applying even pressure and increasing the stain removal force. The Re-mop function recognises stubborn stains and automatically triggers the second mopping to ensure thorough cleaning. At the same time, the intelligent water control adjusts the humidity according to the floor material, preventing over-wetting or water residue.

AI Adaptive Hot-Water Mop Washing and DirtSense™ Auto-Wash

The AI Adaptive Hot-Water Mop Washing technology dynamically adjusts the water temperature between 45-75℃ (113-167℉) based on the mop's dirt level, effectively breaking down stubborn stains, grease, and bacteria, while also removing odours from the mop. DirtSense™ Auto-Wash continuously monitors the mop's dirt level and automatically determines whether additional washes are needed, preventing dirty water from contaminating the floor during cleaning.
