How long does order processing and shipping take?

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Please allow 2 - 4 days for Standard Uk delivery.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes - You will receive a confirmation of shipping notification with tracking number and instructions.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only.

By placing an order or making a purchase of Narwal product (the “Product”) at this website, you are agreeing to the terms set forth below along with Narwal’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

For Product purchased from an authorised Narwal retailer or other retailer, please contact the retailer for their return & refund policy.

Narwal wants to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

Returning a purchase within 14 Days

Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item simply call us on 0330 100 5206 or send an email to sales@vybrasolutions.co.uk and we will provide you with a returns number to attach to your parcel. A full refund will be provided immediately upon the products safe return and inspection.

There may be some instances whereby we are regretfully unable to accommodate a return or offer a full refund. For instance we are unable to provide a refund for non-faulty goods that are incomplete or have been used.

Return carriage (on non-faulty goods) is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

Returning a purchase within 30 Days

You can try Product - excluding accessories - for 30 days. For any Product that is in good condition, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return it to us within 30 days from the date of shipment.


However, there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Narwal:

  1. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure full credit. Accessories must be kept unused when you return them to us.
  2. Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
  3. Only items that have been purchased directly from this website can be returned. Product purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policy.
  4. Any refund due when returning an unwanted (non-faulty) product within 30 days of purchase will be subject to a 35% handling fee deduction from any refund given thereafter.

How To Return a Product

  1. Please contact us at sales@vybrasolutions.co.uk to receive return instructions.
  2. Pack the Product securely in the original package, if possible.
  3. Enclose the Warranty Card with the product. If you cannot send your Warranty Card, please include your order number, product serial number, billing name, and address with the product.
  4. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

Refunds

Some purchases from this website might be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please contact us at sales@vybrasolutions.co.uk to receive refund instructions and to check eligibility.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally purchased within approximately 7 business days of receiving your return and confirming the product status. 

Returning faulty goods within 30 Days

We will replace or repair the product when -

  • The product is confirmed to be faulty.
  • If no fault is found then the product(s) will be returned and a 35% handling charge will be made to cover technical inspection costs.
  • Manufacturers' inspection charges for 'no fault found' items are sometimes higher than those stated above and if the item requires a full inspection from the manufacturer, their charge may need to be passed on to the customer. Before sending goods back as ‘faulty’ it is always a good idea to contact our technical support on 0330 100 5206 or email sales@vybrasolutions.co.uk who are often able to resolve setup and installation problems over the phone.
  • You can return a faulty item for full refund within 30 day of purchase. Refund will be given on inspection and conclusion as per the above point
  • Our promise to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Warranty

Below are some common questions about Narwal product warranty.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer 1-year warranty to protect your Narwal product, and the warranty period starts from the date you receive the product.  

  • Eligibility: This Warranty only applies to Narwal products (the “Product”) that you purchase from Narwal or distributors or retailers authorised by Narwal for your personal use and not for commercial resale. This Warranty is available only in the country or region where you originally purchase the Product.
  • Limitations: Please note that under certain specific circumstances, the product may not be covered by our warranty service. In such cases, Narwal or an authorised service provider reserves the right to charge for shipping, labour, and material costs. 
  • Service Process: In the event of any defects in material or workmanship within the Warranty Period, please reach out to Narwal Customer Service UK at (insert email here). If your product was not purchased directly from this website, please contact your local seller first. 

To facilitate the warranty service, you will need to provide the product's serial number along with the original invoice or receipt, which should include the date of purchase and all pertinent product details.
